Enterprise Centre East Northants provides flexible serviced offices, workshop space, virtual offices and meeting rooms to emerging and expanding companies within a professional, high quality, modern environment.
Offering a fully staffed reception area where the team can manage post and parcel deliveries and welcome visitors and guests. There is also an onsite cleaning team and Premises Technician to ensure the Centre is well maintained. With flexible one month rolling agreement, terms allow businesses to increase and decrease the size of their office as required.
The Centre offers free business advice and consultancy; this is available for businesses that might need a little bit of extra support, additionally, the Centre regularly hosts business development workshops and networking events.
The Enterprise Centre East Northants is located in Raunds, with excellent road links to A45 and A14 the Centre is an ideal place for small to medium sized businesses to operate from.
Office space is split are over 3 floors with a total of 68 offices. Offering space from 164 sq.ft up to 400 sq.ft, providing accommodation for between 1 to 10 staff members.
